Creative Administrator, Lancaster Arts

Lancaster Arts is a distinctive contemporary combined arts organisation in the North West of England housed at the heart of the Lancaster University campus. 

They are currently looking to appoint a new Creative Administrator, who will coordinate the day to day running of the organisation. You will take a lead role on increasing the efficiency of the team, overseeing the management of their resources and supporting both strategic and operational matters. You will support the Director and Managing Director, management committee and strategic committee, as well as being the central coordinator for the team. You will also line manage the Front of House Services Coordinator and oversee their volunteer and casual staff recruitment and training.
