MUSEUMS, ARTISTS, AUDIENCES
Save the date: 11 October 2016
New Expressions has run a successful development programme for nearly 10 years bringing museums and artists together to unlock the creative potential of museum collections.
Key New Expressions partners intend to continue to foster adventurous and creatively-risky collaborations between museums and artists to bring collections and historic sites to life inventively for our communities and visitors.
They wish to bring together a group of organisations, curators and artists who are interested in furthering collaboration between museums, artists and audiences and exploring how the rich legacy of partnership working across the country to date might help shape creative programming, audience engagement, talent and collections development over the next 5 years.
A discussion will take place in London by the Horniman Museum on Thursday 11 October. Moredetails of the structure of the day will be announced shortly.
