Business Development Role - Live at LICA

Lancaster University’s core arts provider Live at LICA is looking to appoint a talented Business Development Advisor to undertake duties according to fund raising and income generation priorities.

The business development role is a newly created role, positioned to lead major gifts/trusts/charitable funds and individual giving efforts for Live at LICA (LAL) Lancaster University.

Working alongside the Director and Associate Director, you will play an important role in realising the vision of Live at LICA at a strategic and operational level. You will be key to creating and implementing new and innovative fundraising strategies to increase long-term support for Live at LICA and also lead team development efforts across all revenue streams and income generation.

You will have a proven track record in raising funds from individuals and have highly developed interpersonal skills. You must also be organised and efficient, with excellent communication and relationship skills, keen attention to detail, and demonstrable experience as a sophisticated fundraiser/business developer.

It is vital that you can demonstrate your ability to work creatively and effectively with the team, and inspire and engage others with your passion for the work of Live at LICA.
