Turning Point South West invites international thinker to present at BAS7

As part of the BAS7 final symposium, Turning Point South West invited international cultural writer and consultant Judith Staines to present 'Concepts and models for regional collaboration and programming' where she highlighted successful cross regional collaborative projects from across the globe. Judith's presentation was the basis for a discussion around developing a visual art project for the South West.
