Axisweb's Llandudno Roadshow on 10 September 2014 will be concerned with getting to grips with all aspects of the online sphere and developing your web presence.
Artist (and Axisweb member) Emily Speed and James Smith, founder of the influential web platform this is tomorrow, will be discussing using the web to create, curate and disseminate new work. You can also book a 20 minute 1-2-1 advice session about your own websites and social media presence.
The event is being held in Llandudno at Mostyn from 11.30am - 6pm on Wednesday 10th September.
James Smith, founder and director of this is tomorrow, will explore how artists and curators are using the web to create, curate and disseminate new work, from or-bits.com and otdac.org to The Space.
Emily Speed will examine how artists are using the web to share and network with one another, beyond the confines of the public and commercial gallery world. Her presentation will feature several artists who are doing this particularly well.
Tickets cost £10 for Axisweb members & £15 for non-members.
